Terms of Service
Last updated: July 21, 2026
1. Who we are. Volari is an independent, founder-operated service. Contact: contact@flyvolari.com. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc.; backend services are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH.
2. What Volari does. Volari lets you create a trip from your flight details and share a link so people you choose can follow the flight's progress. Flight information comes from third-party data providers and is provided for general information only. It can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Map paths and aircraft positions may be estimated, interpolated, or stylized for display; they are illustrative and are not an exact geographic record or a navigational aid. Do not rely on Volari for travel decisions — always confirm times, gates, and status with your airline or airport.
3. Accounts. Sign-in is by email magic link. You are responsible for the email account you use and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 to create an account, and at least 18 to purchase Volari Pro. If you are under 18 you may use the free service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
4. Free and Pro. The free tier includes a limited number of active trips at a time; limits may evolve. Volari Pro is a paid subscription with additional features, billed monthly or annually.
5. Payments. Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle.com, acting as merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the link in your Paddle receipt or by contacting us; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempting to access other users' data, no scraping, overloading, or disrupting the service, and no reselling access without our written permission.
7. Your content. You keep your rights to the information you enter. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service — storing your trip details and displaying them to the people you share links with.
8. Share links. Anyone who has a trip link can view that trip's tracking page. You decide who receives your links; treat them accordingly.
9. Availability and changes. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue the service; where practicable we will give reasonable notice.
10. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made in reliance on flight data. Our total liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or affects mandatory consumer rights.
11. Termination. You may stop using Volari and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
12. Disputes. If you are a consumer, you benefit from the mandatory protections, and may bring proceedings before the courts, of your country of residence.
13. Changes. We may update these terms; the current version is always published here, and material changes will be highlighted.
